Gardiners Backpack Or Wcw Backpack ?

I'm about to make a my own trolley, that I'll also use as van mount..

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET A GARDENER BACKPACK FOR WATER FED POLE USE!

As i started wfp with it bout 5 months ago worked great for 3 months then, started leaking, connectors allplastic, because its mademy kobold fromchina there not standerd fittings and you have to get them made to order thats what im having to do to sort the cheap connectors out untilli can get a trolley system that is. (ps the gardener company will do NOthing to help with he cheap tat part from send you stuff you allready have. (sorry been trying to sort itfor bout 3 weeks now hope your hunt goes ok!)

That is quite a statement to make on a public forum and of course does not tally with the hundreds of clients who have bought these units and are very happy with them. If you would like me to look into this for you please send me a detailed explanation of the issue along with some photos to help me see which parts you are having problems with - please email me with this on [email protected]

I will talk to the staff about this as anything backpack related usually gets passed across my desk to check and I have no record of an issue sounding like yours. I'm sure if the staff had understood the issue clearly they would not have purposefully sent you stuff you already had!

Customer service is spot on!

Just wish free delivery was a bit lower cos I only went to buy a brush this mornign but still spent £55 just to get free postage /emoticons/sad.png

Personally I have found Alex to be perfectly reasonable to deal with.

I have had my gardiners backpack now for a few months. At first I wasn't using it much but recently Iv been using it quite a lot and can't complain.. The battery life is very good. I never purchased from gardiners but any dealings Iv had with them in the past the customer service and support from the man himself has been great
