That is a very good question Smurf, If he offered me £70 or under I tell his to clean it himself but then again that is how some of these people keep hold of their money. I put the price on a 7 bedroom house in a nice area must be worth a couple mil by two pound every six weeks and they went mad. Now I just wizz round with the pole and dont pay any attention to detail.

£20, takes less than an hour and I usually do it on a Saturday morning. I see it as a tank of fuel in my bike. And for 20 quids worth of juice I get more than an hours worth of pleasure

That's a lot of cash, if you get that rate that's cool.

I clean it and charge £170, takes three hours with the wfp. Inside takes 6hrs and charge £170, pay the guy who cleans the inside £80. Nice little profit for me.

I wouldnt even try to clean the inside of a conservatory lol, It looks like a right pain in the @ss. You have done well getting someone else to do it. I may try that If someone asks me to do it.
