How much for these guys...54 flats 3 x blocks on a 8 weekly maintenance clean,there are patio doors set back on each flat,so provisions would have to be made with residents when there in to do balcony's

2 x a year with cherry picker for a deep clean

Could really do with getting this one!!!

cant really help with the pricing as its a bit bigger then my jobs, but why cant you do the patio doors when people are out, just climb over the balcony?

ok still WFP is fine depends come in a tad higher at 5 or 6 quid if there not happy say ok how about 4 quid a flat bit of a night mare due the to people in the flats and balconys in it.

also hard to price in for the cherry picker unless let the landlord sort that out and you just do you thing.

saying that i cant see why you would ever need a cherry picker on this?

The way I work its is my hourly rate (£35ph for up to two hours, anything over two hours is charged at £30ph as I don't have to travel) then add costs to the here any specific equipment, if your buying equipment then add 20% of the cost of the equipment to the quote.

So for example:

7hours work

Plus cherry picker hire @ £135

(7x35)+135

245+135

380

I'd prob then go in at £420 and allow them to negotiate.

basically they are saying we dont think it will be clean enough, a good wfp system will keep frames clean

id go in at around £300 quid if there was 54 flats,then sort a price for cherry picker

good luck with that, you will have to make sure that the gound all around can take the weight of one, there might be a lot of drain pipes that are just under the surface that you could break if you go over them with weight,

some drains are less than a foot under the ground, go over them and you could run a bill in the £1000's to fix them!

plus if the ground is soft then you will have to board out under it to make sure it dont sink into the mud.

wfp is the only way that you would be able to go on this, or rope access from the roof.

this is very true allot of grass on them pics.id advise them not to use a cherry picker and give you a chance to show them they wont need it

i charge £400 for 3 blocks of flats a total of 78 flats that i clean, 4 hours work, thats every 3 months.

Haha tell me about it... To be honest I alway underestimate the time something takes and I don't including Setting up time (couple of minutes for widow but 10-15 on some jobs depending what it is)

So it works out more like £24 ph lol

yeah i see what yer mean i think most guy forget theres unloading and setting up time and going to next job.i can get round about 15 to 20ph but my round is very compact all in same street and same streets around the area ladder is of the van all day just walk from house to house there all 30seconds to 2mins away from each other.
