Exterior House Deep Cleaning

Do any of you lads offer what I call exterior house deep cleaning service which includes:

1. Gutter Clearing

2. Fascia, Soffit & Guttering Deep Cleaning

3. Apex & Cladding Deep Cleaning

4. Window Frame,Cills, Doors & Glazing Deep Cleaning

5. Conservatory Deep Cleaning (inc roofs)

6. Brickwork & Painted Walls Deep Cleaning

6. Driveway, Paving & Patio Deep Cleaning

Only thing I don't do is roof tile cleaning & solar panel cleaning but can sub that work out if needed

Just curious to know lads how much would you charge for an exterior deep clean on this one?

I have heard you mention deep cleaning a few times what do you mean deep cleaning ? What extra`s would you do say the guttering ?

Deep cleaning sounds alot better to customers than just a normal clean also to do a quality job it can take twice as long as I'm rather anal with detailing /emoticons/biggrin.png

id say about £250-£300, know u said u dont do roof tile cleaning but id get that moss off the bay roof tiles just to finish the job off, wouldnt take that long tbh

Windows don't look to bad, £30

Pressure washing, hard to tell from the pics, driveway and all surrounding paths? £100ish

Seen this a few times on google, you could maybe use it here. Only thing stopping you would be the garden.

Not far wrong rc,... Just preparing a quote for £285 (same day discount price) which is cheap by my standards

Same day discount saves the customer £40 so if I have to call back on another day to do the pressure washing job will cost a total of £325

Yes the wife has just phoned so told her that the quote has been sent via email so hopefully may know one way or the other tonight.

Here is a quicky I did today that I started about 3pm /emoticons/biggrin.png

Just a hand job gutter clean & unblocking downspouts this time & wash down outside of filthy guttering & painted fascia (1.5 hours £125)

Whoever said they can make more money window cleaning :lol:

Nice pics smurf probably cost me that in fuel to get to a estate like the first pic they do exist around us but the competition would be tight probably £65 cheaper than the discounted price and fuel out of that would probably present prices individually to better the price. At the risk of only getting bits

Id want £400 for that house, whether id do it in a day or not ,i did this one here last year,

Roof powerwash and paint £1200 including paint

Powerwash walls sills paths fascia guttering window frames, clear downspouts £385

All in £1585 and took us 4 days, but coulda done it in 3.5 days probably if we had em worked quicker lol
