Do You Feel Embarrassed When You Tell People Your Job

all my family are lawyers! I'm proud to tell their friends what I do but I do (the yuppie gang) sometimes feel like a servant who should use the side door in some customers houses. it's only in this country that we can be made to feel this way!

I do feel a bit awkward when it gets to the point where people say "but why do you wana do that, mine only charged £8" I always explain that if they have a compact round they could probs do 3 of them in an hour, so while your on £7ph, your windy is on £24 ph.

Somehow they never understand lol

It is normal to feel awkward sometimes; that can happen with lots of other types of work that aren’t in any way glamorous.

I can tell you this, any feelings of embarrassment are diminished or will go completely, the more you earn.

I drive a mondeo, which James Bond drives one too so does that make me a rich windy /emoticons/smile.png
