Wcf Promotion Ideas?

Ok all so now that we are into a new year and all the festivities are out of the way we would like to enter 2013 with a bang.

We would like to pick your brains on some unique or great ideas on how we can promote and push our forum out their!

Please share your ideas on ways to promote the site, get it out their in front of windies eyes as well as to new comers looking to start up!

We could all make up fake user ids on CIU and talk about it on there till will get banned /emoticons/wink.png/emoticons/ph34r.png

We will put a back link on our site, And maybe other users could put one on theirs something like "when I not cleaning windows I'm on window cleaning forums" with a little banner with a link to forum this will only benefit google rankings. But really need window cleaning suppliers to promote the site with a link, just a thought.

Yes window cleaning suppliers are better although not many willing to promote. If users add the forum to their sites might not work out so great as their customers might come on here and see what we are saying about them or there quotes etc.

Would be great if you could add a link on your site.

I was just joking about the ciu forum. I like the van stickers idea. There is the cleaning show in spring time we could get T-shirt printed and we could try and spot others, but this could get some exposure for the site

I did think about stickers and tshirts but then thought who would actually buy them and importantly wear them!
Stickers i like but again unless they were a decent size not sure anyone would see them.

They don't need to be that big, 100mm high x 300/400mm long, should be good size. Plenty of room on the back doors for them!

Hmm I just had an idea maybe some of you lads know some van sign writers that make stickers also. I wonder if they would like some free advertising on here in return for some site stickers!

Window cleaners in my areas is a rival (except a few) in my eyes. I dont want them coming on here where I rant about how cheap there services are and how there all doing something ilegal

Getting an add on window cleaning coach at the top is a big help!!

If you could get him to change the ''clean it up'' to ''window cleaning forums'' would be mint.

Out of curiosity what steps have you taken to get him to change it or even add your link next to it? Give him free advertisement on here? Like a banner at the top/bottom of the page.

Would it help if we all started clicking of the adds? lol

There is a wealth of window cleaning info on here, I think M idea of tip of the week is good but wouldn't actually bring new users it would just keep the old. You know what I mean
