Is it good practice, does it work good enough on residential?

I have fan jets on 2 of my brushes and thought I might give it a go, depending on feedback from here. Is there a technique to it?

Personally I wouldn't trust it, any muck on the brush above the jets could leave muck on windows. But there are guys that didn't it.

What brushes do you have because some are no good to rinse on the glass with?

Smurph, I got a Vikan mono filament and a Gardiner dual filament. I like the Gardiner best. Any of them any good to rinse on the glass?

DT is better but you could always tilt the vikan onto one side to rinse on the glass too. But make sure your vikan is kept clean whilst doing so. /emoticons/wink.png

I'm far too lazy so have always rinsed on glass above ground floor. After say that would rinse off the glass with a flocked bristle brush as they tend to hold in trapped dirt.

I don't like rinsing on the glass. There is a few triples I would tho just because the clx27 is mr floppy stretched out and it's just easier to rinse on the glass..

Depends what mood I Am in. If I am in rush, off the glass. As I find that's quicker. /emoticons/smile.png

I've always rinsed off the glass, do you still get good results rinsing on glass? Can def see it would be useful ove conny roofs for sure, anyone got any vids of them doing it?

No not if gardiner brushes are kept clean. That's another good reason why I dont like heavy dence bristle brushes on regular cleans as they hold in a lot of dirt. /emoticons/wink.png

@ Boston Mike, what brush do you use and is there a technique to it? Are the results good? I can see this being a great time saver if it works well!

Rinsing on the glass is slightly easier with glass that "sheets" rather than "beads"

Just make sure you chase it all down trying not to catch any vents as you put bristles down to rinse. As for glass that beads just make sure you cover every area so any beads of water you leave are pure. I've never had anybody say anything so it must work /emoticons/smile.png
