Oh NOOOOOOOOOO,...............Fraaaank

Thanks @SPCleaning

Was an Immobiliser issue apparently and all the chap did to get it going was disconect the live on the battery, connected a bit of wire to the red and black to short the cabels so say to discharg any current left in the Immobiliser then connect the live back to the battery. Apparently this resets the immobiliser so then when the chap went to start it the van started ok so I drove it home.

It's quite a common fault of renault he said not just vans but cars too as when the vehical battery is on the way out the imobiliser starts to play up.

Looks like I will be buying another battery asap but might break down before or at the job I have to do tomorrow though so I will let you know /emoticons/biggrin.png

Well I was at a job today and was chatting to the customer. Turns out he works with the bloke that my van broke down outside yesterday so I told him about franks day yesterday.

They both had no idea I was working for either one so the chap today is going to mention it tommorow.... How weird is that?

The good news is the van stared when I had finished today so I did not need a recovery truck again... /emoticons/biggrin.png

me thinks this frank post could run a long time..../emoticons/biggrin.png

frank was well pleased to see his black cable tie repair to the broken lean too gutter he did a while back posted on here was still looking good but..

he decided he could tighten it up and get it to be a bit higher..

now frank doesnt worry too much about his ladder as he scoots up as he wasnt going up high and so it was just at an angle on the wall..

frank had split his ladder to come over a locked gate...

the lady wasnt in but she had a plumber there and frank had admired his mercedes vito...

so frank wasnt too bothered when one half of his ladder slipped along the wall..

but what frank hadnt realised was it would hit the other half of the ladder on the other side of the gate and frank watched as that half disappeared...

and then frank remembered the nice mercedes vito parked on the drive...

thankfully frank was very lucky as it had nicely fallen down the side....

I dont know how long I can have frank working for me...

Franks been at my back door again , he's split my pole hose where the rectus 21 male fitting is attached by a clip ( 9 mm o clip (forgot what there called) What a squirter

I’ve been waiting ages for a cheque to come through the post and it finally arrived today.

Frank decided to open it and leave it on the side then forgot it was there instead of putting it somewhere safe out of the way. Next thing he is trying to dry it out and hopping the ink don't run as got it covered in curry he was dishing up. That frank is a blooming nightmare..../emoticons/sad.png

Frank and money equals recipe for disaster

NEWSFLASH! Frank spotted in Brighton!

An overtired Frank spent quite a considerable amount of time trying to open his front door to the house by pressing the unlock buttons on his car keys.

An eyewitness reported 'He even pressed the car key button really hard and kept pointing it in all sorts of positions but the front door just wouldn't open??????'

Frank dropped me vapour cig today and broke it. Frank had a choice to take the van or walk to the local shop to get some cigs as I needed a break and a fix. Well frank decided to walk after all up a ******* big grassy hill. Soon as he started his knee started playing up and by the time he had got to the top both hip joints were burning too. So frank looked back at the tiny dot of his van thinking shall he turn back or not. NO he thought as needed his fix so carried on. Now by this time frank was in agony what with his knee and hips playing him up but could see the shop in the distance so put up with the pain as he though anytime soon will be lighting his cig. Anyway he finally made it to the shop and stood at the counter with great relief, Then it dawned on him frank had only gone and left his wallet in the van... FFS /emoticons/sad.png

I was visited by frank and Lady Luck yesterday, frank left my pocket open whilst working in the rain , iPhone 6 soaking wet before I realised,, then Lady Luck came to the rescue ..phone cpr worked :ninja::ninja:

Frank has washed me phone and wallet before in the washing machine at the same time.

I suppose that's what you call laundered money but frank could not phone anyone to tell them it was ready /emoticons/biggrin.png

Well how weird is that as I just got another cheque drop on my dormat from the same company as they have only gone and paid me twice for the same job:rolleyes:

Someone in their office is having a frank day too me thinking /emoticons/biggrin.png

Would be very nice if it was a tip as is quite a large sum but I better let them know they have paid me twice for the same invoice.
