Help Support WCF:

Yep he liked it also but nobody has commented so i still don't know if i can use hypo to clean a conny roof

He just replied to me 5 mins ago Dave so I'd check you are def joined up . Is it Mark cave mr clever clean ?

Cheers loz

It's a question i have been trying to find the answer to for ages

Nobody seems to be able to say yes or no whenever i ask

It would certainly make it easier if i could use it

I know a farm suppliers nearby I'm gonna see if they have any for sale

Sod paying postage for it

I'll let you know how i get on

When I mAde the switch I had loads of leaflets printed explains wfp . Big mistake and a waste of money . I was terrified I would. Lose loads of custys . Wrong again . I had every intention of wfp the tops and trad the bottoms . Another mistake . 95 % of my custys either didn't notice or weren't bothered . The other 5% were more inquisitive but positive . Just crack on but do not pre warn any custys . If you pre warn em it will make you sound as if you have doubts in the cleaning method and some of em will probably start checking the windows .like I said just crack on ,and if any come out with concerns just give em a quick run down on how it works . If anything you are lucky changing over now as a lot of people are well aware of wfp and see it getting used at the office or at work and see it as the norm .

Why? ?

If i swapped from a hover mower to a petrol ride on i wouldn't need to tell the customer

If i stopped painting fences with a brush and started using a sprayer i wouldn't need to inform the customer

I get paid to clean their windows which i do

The method is also irrelevant

Dave you have to see it from customers viewpoint

I checked some Windows the other day I've done for years with the brush

They were shocking !

Squeeged em off

:eek::eek:

See i always do a perfect job:rofl:

I do get the squeegees out occasionally as i have some jobs that are quicker trad but i haven't had a problem when i switched to stick waggling

I just turned up and cleaned and then knocked after like normal

My customers love it

I didn't have any complaints switching from trad to wfp. I didn't pre warn customers either. I explained on the doorstep to most of them. I only had one customer who showed any resistance but I pointed out to her that I'd cleaned her windows wfp for the last two months while she wasn't home and she soon shut up [emoji23]

I have one old boy left Who says its ' a bloody disgusting habit'!!

Then he makes coffee and writes cheque !! Think he's losing it so u just accept the abuse

He has gutters drive and roof done too so I get revenge

I've got a customer like that, grumbles, moans, sighs and occasional mild put down, then pays by cheque with a healthy tip :zipit:

Mild put down

They would get a strong reply from me

No amount of money is worth getting belittled by a customer

As far as i am concerned they can keep the healthy tip and find another cleaner

(Took the pee out of my hat not in a funny way, stuff like that)

Was temped to respond but find smiling winds them up more. that job led to more so glad I didn't jack it.

In my old job there was a lot more hassle than that thinking about it, daily grind at times, it's easy to forget
