I have to start this thread with a massive thanks to Ben Marriot at Rutland pumps.. He sat back listened to what I wanted to do and turned it into actual hardware.

I took delivery of it today so this is a sneak peak of Bens creation that's going to change the game.

So far as we know this is the only machine of its kind in the country at present.

Tomorrow we find out how well it does at it goes to work on its first roof.

Will update you with some vids tomorrow.

No clue about softwash but looks well engineered machine hope it performs as well as it looks.

Ok.

Just wondered why the great big machine is needed for spraying. Thought it was just a case of using an old backpack or something.

Its something I will look into in the spring I think

wwith hypo a back pack doesnt cut it after a few uses

i have my wee system and it works for me what is it ?? a flojet pump a 100m hose and a wheelie bin

I have used a Gardiner's back pack sprayer for hypo for about 3 years providing you wash it out when you have finished it doesn't seem to affect it much , I am happy to replace it annually if it damaged it ,as they are cheap enough one job and it's more than paid for its self , I know Alex isn't going to give warranty on it if it's been used like this but I would just buy another one , mine is used for hypo, virosol, tfr, and anything else that's sprayable in the line of cleaning agents I have been very impressed with how long it's lasted , now I've said this it will probably be the kiss of death and it won't work tomorrow!!!!

Do you simply use water to rinse it after use? Or Something else?

I've not phoned for quotes yet but do insurance companies have any issues with spraying hypo especially at height, and have you been able to get covered OK by your insurance company for Hypo use Mr Green?

This is good to know, do you have to specify to the insurance company what chemicals your using etc, I've never had Liability insurance for anything like this before so sorry for all the questions! /emoticons/biggrin.png
