Green substance on wall

Hello I want abit if advice had a us toner asking to clean this off the wall but the problem is she doesn't want whole house done just to tidy it up . She wants it done without a jet wash as she's afraid of damage any suggestions on what to use and charge thanks

Looks like a side of a house, if it's the full side I would charge £150 if it's just the lower part of the wall that is what she wants done £80

I never ever ever agree with a customer on any job that says ooh just do a quick job to make it look a bit better , I tell them I only give 100% and a quick make do job will only reflect on myself badly as people will see me working and think I am doing a bad job .
