Hey guys.

Today i pressure washed a very mossy and muddy driveway. It came out okay but of course there were massive pools of sludge and dirty water all over the driveway, as the drainage on the drive sucked.

After i'd finished one half, the dirty water had made the brick driveway dirty again!

Whats a good way of cleaning up the mass of sludgy water while i'm powerwashing, so i can clearly what bits i have done and what bits i haven't?

p.s i own a Gutter vacuum - is there any attachment i can use (skyvac 75) where i can use the vac like a traditional vac?

I bought a wet/dry vac and it came with attachment like conventional Hoover... have never used it as it's for gutters but always think it would be good for that?!? Anyway there must be an attachment that would fit yours as specs r the same?!?! Mine is 3000w?!

Like Green says a good sweep first, a little trick I learnt while being stuck in a pickle such as your self was to use my Harris pole and an old wide Squeegee on the end.

Just pull the dirt in to piles and dust pan in to a small bin / container.

You can buy large versions of my description, but this is what I had at hand at the time.

Once you get the dirt at a high point in too a pile or piles, then clear water will eventually run down the drive / patio and thats no problem.

Good luck.
