Surprised you didn't do the "I'll do that if you want it'll only cost £xxxx"(hope 4 figures wasnt too cheap lol)

If thats your work in your profile pic then your gonna do well, that is NOT £20 an hour work though so bear that in mind. Its ok not to have the amount of work in the beginning to consistently make £220 a day for example BUT you gotta price yourself right or its gonna tumble when you do get busy. So for example when I started I'd go out at 9 and be finished by 11 sometimes but I'd still price correctly so when I got busier and started doing 9-2 my wage went up accordingly and so on. I hope that makes sense.
Yeah I get what you mean. To be honest I don't really know how much to charge for these types of jobs. That's why I join this yesterday to see what other think really. I'm in Norfolk area. What do you charge for windows per window ?

And thank you very muchly it is my work in picture [emoji3]

I've been out this morning only 5 places £63 left my house at 9 ish was home by 12.40 only 2 of them side by side the rest dotted around

On the quote website it details gutter cleaning cost, but there is no estimate for fascia cleaning.

Bet a lot of people reading that think gutter cleaning includes inside and out cleaning.

I do both automatically, charge a little more though

Its a difficult question to answer, I wouldnt want to tell someone else what to charge but I can tell you I don't charge per window, or per mt sq (occasionally I may break this rule but generally I don't) I charge what I believe in my experience that job is worth (I take everything into account, the specialist equipment, the height, the level of experience and training that operative would need and most importantly how long I think it would take me)

When your starting its cool if your flying about to different jobs etc and taking that money because your not actually working that long, your building up a round that isnt compact yet, absolutely fine. I was referring to being stuck at one job...thats actual graft and don't be fooled with the turnover figure its all about the profit.

Well done on that job, nice before and after pic... Get that out there and seen!!

I did 2 houses the other day both next to each other. Gutters vacuumed & fascias etc washed down. Total time 2 hours, cash in pockets £220. Earlier that day I did a drive that also resulted in £150 cash in my pocket that took 2 hours..

funny you should say that ,. did a leaflet drop in an affluent area this afternoon, just south of Brum , called Barnt Green . its been swamped with Wcleaners for years , now especially since WFP new guys on the scene .. picked up a gutter clean , but the guy said he already had a window cleaner , charged £18 for a 5bed detached every 2 months .... I would have quoted £25 !!!!!!!!!!!

I charge about £60 to clean fascia front and back if gutters cleaned our aswell your looking at another £40 but will probably take me a couple hours
