    Nice couple of jobs lately

400ml clever wash in 25ltr 14/15% hypo. 4/1 ratio sprayed on then brushed on after and a final rinse mate. I'm finding render cleans hard to come by at the moment though ffs

    Nice couple of jobs lately

I did buy 5ltrs of algo clear pro before and it cost me about £100. Ddac is around £55 for 5ltrs near me but I was up at the chemical place and they said about the bac50 so for that price I thought why not...... Like I said though I will be keeping an eye on it. I'll do my own roof too and see...

    Nice couple of jobs lately

25 litres of bac 50 cost me £55. I put it on at 20/1, maybe a tad stronger with it being winter. I'm hoping to see results starting in a few months anyway. It was my first solo roof job and it was for a mate so I will be keeping a close eye on it. I will maybe leaflet the area for Softwashing...

    Nice couple of jobs lately

No. Just hypo mixed with surfactant on the render and I used bac50 on the roof. Really, I think Benz stuff is a bit overpriced for what it is. I have thought about it. I actually do windows at a couple of apartment blocks for a management company. Might be worth sending off an email

    Nice couple of jobs lately

Yeah, I also did my first roof clean on one of those jobs.Scrape and bio brushed on using my comet pump. Luckily they were the flat tiles. I think I'm going to really try pushing it the roofs this year. Works going week by week at the moment but it's to be expected as it's still winter. I'll...

    Small apartment block quoting

I was simply asking because a lot of you lads have more experience in dealing with these sort of things.i don't want to put a quote in and be kicking myself after.

    Small apartment block quoting

My thinking is it would take me an hour if it was monthly but I know they'll want it done 3 monthly.the place is surrounded by trees so I think it'll be like a first clean each time so I'll probably spend close to 2hours there.  There's 6 apartments there so £23.33 per month for the whole place...

    Small apartment block quoting

I'd say it'll take just over an hour but because it's going to be every 3 months was thinking around the £70 mark.just not sure if that sounds a bit on the expensive side for what it is but I know the frames will need a good going over every time as the place is surrounded by trees so will be...

    Small apartment block quoting

I have been asked to quote on a small apartment block. There's 35 sets of windows and doors to be done, pretty straight forward.I know they will want them done every 3 months so I'm wondering how to go about the quote.i know if it is every 3 months I will basically be spending twice as much time...

    Wooden sash windows

Hey lads, I was asked to go quote a house earlier today.theres 18 wooden sash windows around the house. I've never done windows like these before but just looking at them I know it'll probably take at least twice the time as normal windows.how would you lads go about pricing windows like this up?

    Gardiner backpack

Hey lads. Went to do a pvc clean yesterday, I was going to use my backpack but it died on me. Left if charging all night and still not going. When I go to turn it on the low setting I can hear a beep but it's not pumping? It has been used for softwashing before so I'm wondering if it is the...

    Softwashing Guide

What pump box did you get? The xjet is OK for some jobs but wouldn't be great for others. Far too much overspray!!!

    Replacement gutter back poles

Hey lads. Was doing a Gutter job a while ago and one of my poles snapped. To make things worse it is now stuck inside the other pole and won't come out. I tried and tried to separate them but to no avail. Does anyone know where I can get replacement poles that would do the job? I have a Gutter...

    Slx25. Yay or nay??

I already have a phantom 30ft pole but I fancy a bit of a change. I've a clx 10 for bungalows which is great. The 30ft pole is alright but I'm doing a lot more softwashing now so going to use that pole specifically for it. It will always be in the van just incase I do need it but I hate using it...

I really need to invest in one of these. The one thing I hate most is all that bloody pole hose I have to constantly mess about with. Drives me nuts
