ets one I got last year for £150. 1st motor failed shortly after i got it then 2nd one today with the 3rd making a hell of a noise.

Mirror is a good idea, must get one that will fit in the unger multi tool holder.

I've been using a mirror like that for yonks. Works really well when you get the angle right.

Not really bothered with that wookhook hotwash as on 2 storey properties would be quicker and less strain on me back to do by hand than messing about like that.
