On the jobs going front, could it not be done by regions? Bucks, Notts, Cambs Leics, etc etc, so only jobs in those counties are posted in the relevant forum?
Or perhaps a pin map where users can state their location and a brief about services (gutters / power wash/ etc) so that when you are offered a job off your patch you have a quick reference to find someone for your customer, this keeps you looking good and the customer happy.
