Pressure washing Clay blocks ?

I've just got a job to pressure wash a patio, it's block paving but not the usual blocks these are the fired clay type.

It's quite dirty and I wondered if it's ok o use hypo on them before washing

I priced it high cos it's off the beaten track and the guy jumped at it and offered to pay cash so Ive got it anyway.

What do you reckon

 
Using hypo on clay blocks is safer and better than concrete blocks because there not dyed and even when weather etc they should keep same appearance when clean

Did some clay slabs other week always come up nice and bright

Blocks defiantly lose there colour
