Hi @JJ Window Cleaners I was having the same problem as could not see an "add resource" button within the sections.
However if you click on "resources" tab at the top of the page you will then see the "add resource" button on the top right hand side. Just select the apporpriate section from the drop down box and away you go to start creating your post.
