What are they called.

The red female connector on the brush and red male on the pole hose,

Push fit plastic fitting where you pull the black thingy on the female to release what are they called...can't find them on PF or Gardiners.

Want to get some spares in for just in case.

I don't know if these are what you are thinking of @J and S. If memory serves me I did see them in a different colour once but have no recollection of where. I think you push the connector button down on these.

If not, please can I suggest you put a picture up and I'm sure you will get a response.

Are you talking about the black stem adaptor connected to the red hose? If so its a John guest 8mm stem to 6mm barb (gardiners) look in the metric fittings section for the t-piece. Search for the above and it comes up.
