Hi has anyone got any good advice on how you go about gaining contracts with letting agents for end of tenancy cleans?

Good luck with it mate.i was in the same position as you.worked for company for many years and then went on my own.each letting agents works in different ways so it may be an idea to ring around all the local ones in your area and try selling yourself.Thanks for everyone's comments.
I've been a window cleaner for 13 years but I've always been an employee until recently when I decided to go self employed.
I'm building my business from scratch by myself so I've been considering all avenues of gaining work and building a stable business. All of your comments have been helpful.
I think I'm going to push forward with the letting agents and see where it takes me. I'll keep you all informed...
I was lucky,I worked for a window cleaning firm who also specialized in carpet cleaning and they sent me on a course and gained lots of experience.Some very useful information there Adyspurs thank you.
I haven't got a carpet cleaner as of yet but plan to do so as soon as my finances allow me!
I'm more of a window cleaning guy but would like to explore all avenues to expand the company.
