Anyone Got A Non Vented Tank Lid?

O

OoO

Need to have a look at the underneath of a 6inch wydale tank lid. NON vented.

If anyone could take a photo that would be awesome!!

Yeah they make a 6 and 8 inch non vented lid.

I am NOT drilling my new tank. I drilled the old one and it lead to issues.

So I want to drill the lid of a wydale lid. But I have 3 holes to drill.

In

Out (bilge)

Electric for bilge

Non vented cap would make it so easy. But I need to see the other side of the lid /emoticons/smile.png

Cant you use a lid from an ibc ? Or are they different threads ?
Haven't got any lids from IBc /emoticons/sad.png but that's a thought. Although I think IBc lids are two sizes.

All my wydale tank lids the vents just unscrews leaving a 30mm hole in the middle of them.

Save messing about with the lid if you have an upright tank you can put holes in the top of the tank with proper fittings instead surely?

Yeah probably. Would prefer not to drill the tank. But that's last resort I guess.

Yeah will probably hole saw this lid I have.

I need to have a look underneath it tho.

It's for pipe work Etc.

Ideally a photo /emoticons/smile.png

I could see the lid idea for the three things you what you want to install being an bit of an issue myself unless you drill one hole in the middle of the lid big enough so when you go to put the lid on the electric cable & two other hoses don't kink and twist around.

Electric cable has a water proof push fit connector.

Both hoses have a hozelock quick release /emoticons/wink.png
