Sent my pole back the other week. As it has a 3 year guarantee. The middle section must have changed shape as it would hardly slide in past halfway. The new clamps broke again, And the brush fell to bits. Rang up last week to see what was happening and they said we will call you back. They never. Rang again today and guess what they told me this time. There's no record of me buying a pole. They said they would ring back again. And they never. Useless set of sausages!!!
