Got rendering to clean

It's the bobbley type of rendering, and would rather buy a new brush specifically for this kind of work than use my glass cleaning ones! - Can anyone recommend me the type of wfp brush for this kind of hard, uneven surface??

Even pressure washing didn't make pebbledash on my house clean - I think you may find re painting is the only decent option

 
I tried a test run on a piece, and it looked hardly different. Slight difference. Anyway, I ain't doing it. It's at least £1000 min job, and at that price they'll be hawk-eyed for sure. Defo not worth the hassle. Told them straight.
