Look What Happened To My Van

WCF

Help Support WCF:

From my experience never take the first settlement offer as is normally very low compared to other offers they will make.

Thanks for all comments I never said I was claiming for whiplash. That's what the hospital said I had. I'm wanting another van so I can work again that's all. I'll take whatever offered though, who wouldn't?

Sorry to hear this mate.

You can claim for your loss of earnings, and I would personaly.

With regards I whiplash claims - its the solicitor fee that screws up insurance not the pay out for the injury, for very £1 you get paid for an injury, the solicitors claims £3 for their "work"

As of April solicitors won't be able to claim so much, and referral fees won't be allowed.

That accident looks bad enough to cause whiplash, if a vehicle is a wrote off, its hard to argue the impact wasn't big enough ....

Anyway dude, hope you recover soon...

bad luck at this time of year-hope you didnt leave any gear in or on your van in the recovery yard
