Hello all as the heading says it's my pet hate when this happens and get a text throu the day or even the morning before a gutter clean completed knocks my day out and we have to keep our dignity due to company name grrr [emoji35] [emoji35] rant over

Are you texting them first and then they're replying and cancelling or are they texting out of the blue asking to cancel?

The reason I ask is that I used to text the evening before I was due and found that that gave the customer the opportunity to reply and say "can you leave it this time" or something similar. These days I only text customers with access issues.
