Heat and sun is a killer

Finding it hard in the heat. Think I drank 6 pints of water yesterday. Looking up at windows, then the sun flashed and melts my eyes. Not good. Knackered by dinner time. Really flagging to hold pole.

yep me stuck my head under a tap for ages gulping away and then soaked my hat...

not so nice ..just had thunderstorms so hopefully much better tomorrow..

too many people want me.... and got to take the daughter to the bloody airport..gonna run out of time..

yesterday totally fecked me working in it. a lot cooler today with a nice breeze. i think the heatwave is over in alba.
