Dirty Water

I ran my bath earlier and the water was coming out of the tap a greenish colour. It looked disgusting in the bath. Do I risk running it through my 20'' filters and 4040 or not?

Let it run down the drain first then when running clear hook it back up

Been running it for 30 minutes, still dirty

I think i would be more worried about the bath water before making pure water lol.
