I have a berlingo too.

No guttervac for me. Cant you stire it somewhere when not needed.

I just have 350 tank at the bulkhead and poles hanging above.

Spare brushes etc on hooks on the rear doors.

I run from trolley so just put the sack barrow in tge back with backpack and reel on that.

Ahem.. i prefer we call her.. Berlingslow...But a cheap workhorse.

Dont get me wrong i love seeing new shiny big vans giving us credit as windys but pound fa pound they just keep going if you look after them

Get a bit of light metal/wood make a T bar shelf and you can

get days stuff in.

Pressure washing etc i get 2 or 3 ready and that day its wet day

Dress accordingly.Jobs a good un.

I used to have a transit custom limited lwb brand new. Had it for 2 years on a lease.

Now I have a 2010 Peugeot partner and admittedly I can't get everything in but when on windys with trolley and 250 litres in barrels it's fine. Ladders on roof rack.

When on other maintenance just swop tools over leave windy kit in garage. Job done

Plus needed a new tyre on partner last week I thought £££££ as per transit but kwik fit sorted me out for £40. Brakes are next thing quoted £150 can't be bad. Plus parking is easier

Renault Kangoo 1.5 dCi, 620 payload 08 plate. Have it fitted with 350L flat tank for pure. And everyday in goes my backapck on trolley fitted with hose reel, lite boy backpack, 35 slx pole, 25 Renagade pole, all my trad gear, spares, 1200w gutter vac, 10L spray bottle for UBIK and still there is lots of space left.

Easy to drive and easy on diesel.

Love it.

(Citroen Nemo) Got a pole rack in the top space, the poles do come through in to the cab area a bit though, but not over my head (6'2") so they aren't a distraction. Got a hose, bucket, cone, cloths, squeegee, Liteboy Backpack and a 4.4m telescopic ladder all in the back too. Just make clever use of the space. As for a gutter vac, still waiting on one to be delivered from two weeks ago but I'll leave that at home when I'm not booked to do any gutter jobs. I don't have anything stored in the house for work now what so ever.

Ford Escort van 400 lit tank poles on hooks on side boxes with stuff in on top of water tank sides. two pumps on sides battery on side wheels arch. Gutter vac in shed only put in van as and when needed. Two ladders on roof rack plus step ladder inside

Or the old reliable 2.5l tranny before all the new engines

Honestly the best van i ever had

I started my carpet cleaning business with an escort van years ago. I can honestly say it is the most reliable van I ever owned. Also the slowest. Shame they don't make them anymore. I'd have one in a heartbeat
Yeah old escort vans are old school now days and it's let me down in 3 years only when it's time for mot and need to buy parts cause of wear n tear . mines pretty fast of traffic lights with tank filled up. I hope to be getting bigger van next year when got more cash need more space and bigger tank it do for now gets me earning

I hope to be getting bigger van next year when got more cash need more space and a bigger tank tho it does for now. Don't like having just two seats tho in a small van
