Cleaner planner help

Hi lads,

with cleaner planner, which option do you lads use when selecting frequency of cleans? eg, do you put in every 4 weeks, or pick a specific day and use the week 1, week 2 or the first, second, third etc?

I have been using the week 1, week 2 option, and selecting a day so eg.

Mr Jones, every 1 month, week 2, wednesday.

But I realised today that I hadn't done a group of houses for over a month. Just checked the planner and they were last done 6 weeks ago, and its got them scheduled for next week!

What settings do you use?

I use 'first, second, third week etc'

Then 'monday, tuesday, wednesday etc'

I use the monthly option. Then it comes up a month from the last day I done them
