Leading

has any one on ever had leading come off windows ?

i have had some leading come off windows on 2 conservatorys, houses next door to each other and around 7 years old.

the brush i use is gardiners medium mixed bristles. and i have had it about 8 months .

not sure if its the brush or cheap quality leading .

any one had any similar issues and what did you say to customer .

None has ever come off on me(although I am trad) I have been to houses where the leading is peeling off tho, so is probably an age thing.

I'm guessing next door to each other, was put on by same person and not very well.

is it lead or the sticky on ****, as proper lead windows are made up of small pieces of glass, like a church,

No it didn't come off completely... I just flatted it back down... Looks ok I just have to be careful when I do that window now.

Had it and it gets worse the more you clean them. Cheap shite.

the leadings on all the top windows on the conservatory , basically if i carry on cleaning they will end up with no or very little leading on windows

Very common,I let the customer know to cover your **** mate.
