This Is Weird

My Mrs texted me today saying that the people across the road have a new window cleaner. Not so weird until I mention they have had about 5 in the last 6 months! What is happening, are they getting a trial clean for free and dumping them?

The windy knocked our door and asked the Mrs if she needed a windy. She said no, I'm married to one haha.
