But no way id pay 7x for it especially since there 8 weekly.
Over a year to get your money back that's if you don't lose a couple travel costs etc could be more like 2 years to break even lol

rob has a pudsey round for sale aswell,i know the guy is mega busy but i still feel its a very high price to pay for a round,i think if theres no takers he might come down a bit on the price-maybe

Someone will buy it, rounds round here go fast, missed out on quite a few, none as high priced as that mind.

Yeah I seen that round a few days ago, as its 8 weekly I see it as more like 14x if u change to 4 weekly/monthly earnings...seems pretty stuck on not taking a penny less either

Had this discussion with a mate last week.
The sale price can be either.
XXX times monthly take
eg. Takes £200 per month asking 6x so £1200
Or: XXX times per clean price.
Takes £200 per clean so asking for 6x cleans so £1200
Both are EXACTLY the same. You just need to determine the value to yourself.
I sell my rounds on X Cleans not X months and I always realise top dollar for mine. Some of the commercial work I have shifted in the past is every 3 months so will be 18 months before the buyer has 'paid' for it. This is always pointed out to new buyers amd the the choice is to them.
There are three values to a round.
1) Asking price of seller
2)Percieved value of buyer and an offer.
3)Final price agreed by buyer and seller.

£133 pound. Sorry but sometimes you pick that up Canvassing in a week.
