Need Advice

I have large job to do in cpl weeks which for one of days I need second man. I now work on my own and fellow window cleaner offered to do it with me he is fully insured to do the work but would I need employers insurance ?

if its just for a single job and he has his own insurance, you are subcontracting i think? thats what i was told!

If your sub contracting then no. Be very cautious when doing this... The other window cleaner could steal your work...

As long as he's insured and if you have risk assessment maybe tweak it then there shouldn't be a problem.

Only fro personal experience had this on a school I do and got help.

The facilities manager was fine with it.

Nah they dont care.

Last big job we did had 4 vans, two from my company and two from competitors.
