Last job of the day. Detached house, not very big. Finished cleaning the windows, just put my gear back in the van, next door neighbor pulls up unloading her shopping. Comes over to me and say's "is this you, pointing to her side door (white upvc)"? Few drips on it from my brush, as I have gone round the side of my customers house to clean the top bathroom window. So I looked at it and said, "the drips probably are mine, but nothing to worry about its pure water" She goes on saying her door is filthy, so I said "not from me, in fact ur door is very clean, only the sill at the bottom is dirty". The pure water won't make any difference I told her.
She said it's filthy are you going to wipe it? I told her straight, "No I'm not" the dirt on ur sill is existing and has nothing to do with me. The water on ur door will dry spotless.. She went on and on, and I just said no I'm not going to wipe it. She said, doesn't matter leave it, I walked away nodding.
Guys her door was spotless, her door sill was filthy and tried to blame me for the dirt on her sill. Also her door was not even soaked, probably at the most 20 or so drips.
No doubt she was trying it on.
You guys ever had anything like it?
