Booster pump

I had a mechanic fit a tank frame and split charger last week. I connected all the filters (40" hf5 RO)etc this weekend. Everything works bar a couple of teething problems. But our water pressure is really bad. Takes 5 hours to fill a 350 L tank. I live in a terrace house. So I could do with getting it filled asap. Booster pumps confuse me. Don't know we're to start or what I really need.

Wishing I had just stuck with the trolly. But it's to late now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
