Y does pump number 2 always get p5 on my 2 man system

When you mean always, how do you mean? All the time or sometimes on the one controller? Have you tried re-calibrating it?

it might be ps which is pressure switch

If it has the + - and arrow buttons, hold + and arrow buttons for 3 seconds and cal will show on the controller. You can then press the + or - button until you find the right setting to start the pump.
