First Summer, Sunglasses?? how to protect eyes when suns reflecting on the glass??

My eyes are realy sensitive to bright light, get realy severe migraine. So I wear prescription sunglasses nearly all the time. Never had a complaint about my work I see fine. Do get lots of comments about how can I possibly see on days Ware the light dosnt bother most people though.

I wear a baseball cap (with company logo) all year round. I just move the cap into a position so that I don't get blinded by the rays......even if it looks a bit funny.

Works well for me & contains the sweat

View attachment 7441 as said above ^ you need a cap with a peak in the summer. i can really recommend the caps from www.Vistaprint.co.uk ,theyre design is diffrent from most , you can crank this cap down so it doesnt blow off easily when up your ladder, many other caps catch the wind.

If your regularly cleaning glass you should be able to do it with your eyes closed, so wearing sunglasses should not cause you too many problems.
