Pump/calibration problems

Yo! I posted other day about calibration & it blowing when I turn on my uni valve....I've lowered I but still had problems but now iv put the calibration to the original number i have to sick water though the pump or it won't come through. Any body know the cure for this???

So update on the situation.....turns out I'm just stupid & it was a different valve from the one I'm used to & is only one way ha awkward!! Well you live n learn ha

Got rid of all those stop connectors.
