Tds reading help?

My ppm reading is 105ppm but when i checke it yesterday it came up as 115ppm which was strange /emoticons/wacko.png

Its always been 105ppm

Just checked it today 24 hours later and its backj to 105ppm

Why is this ?

TDS reads can fluctuate, depending on the quality of the water and where it is coming from at a particular moment and even the container you collected it in to test it.

Your council/water board maybe sourcing water from different reservoirs supplied by different streams running over different terrains and absorbing different mineral content. It could also have something to do with the delivery pipes.

Our water has always come from Keilder Dam but 8 years ago it was 250 - 260 ppm. Since then they have replaced all the old steel pipes with plastic and our TDS is around 90ppm.

water bord may have dug up manes in your aeria and dis loged **** in the pipes
