Arm not spinning on rotary cleaner

The last time this happened to me it was because something had got caught in the piston (think it was a feather)

So if anything is stuck in one of the pistons then it prevents water from coming out one side which stops it from rotating.

So I suppose the question is whether water is coming out both pistons?

 
Haha love to grease the nipple.

On a serious note no I don't on the machine.

I have taken the jets off and soaked them in wd40 cleaned the holes up and it's now up and running.

 
There's a greasing nipple on top of the bearing house. But lithium grease and a grease gun from tool station. Give her a little grease on the nips every so often
