Problems filling my wfp machine.

Hi there,

ive just taken delivery of my pure20 300l kit ,its working great until it comes to filling.

ive followed the instructions and it seems to start filling then shuts off as if its full,although the gauge is showing only half full.

ive disconnected and re-connected the filling and drain hoses several times but still the same happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just went onto their webpage to have a look at the system and up popped a lady saying can I help. May be worth trying and asking her.

It's probaly something to do the the cut out relay/float valve set up so your best bet as it's a new system is to contact ionics directly to get it sorted.
