Yes I know they can because all mine are scratched too, but my car can scratch easily but I don't wash it with palms

 
Ive done a few caravans, treat them as you would a car. i.e pre soak with a mild tfr/snow foam etc then 2 bucket wash. I charge £40 exterior for a touring type, that includes plastic dressed, if they want it polishing double that price. Interiors wipe everything down with g101 then wet vac upholstery and carpets is all thats really needed. About £150 for a touring "Full valet" is about right
