I have a block paving drive to seal and sanded it on Friday meaning to seal it straight away but unexpectedly it stared raining!

We have now had three warm dry days, do you think it will have dried out enough to seal it tomorrow?

I am thinking of giving it a good stiff brushing and then re-sanding so at least the top layer of sand is bone dry.

Has anyone had experience of sealing after sand has got wet?

Thanks for the replies, it has put my mind at rest at little but then I am a worrier!

I thought I would have to re-wash and start all over again!

There is a guy local who washes and seals same day at this time of year

Sometimes only waits an hour or so and then sands as it is so hot and dry
