Hi ive allways worked on my own but am struggling to keep up with the work a little what with new baby aswell how are most pepole taking on someone to work with them without all the headache paperwork pensions etc

Been said before but if somone is taking someone on without paying the pension, holidays etc then they are doing it illegally which is up to you if you want to go that route.

 
Nah its too much responsibility employing, i mean what if i fancy having the day off because i cant be arsed or i want to go on my bike or whatever lol, i have to ring employee and say not today son, cant be arsed.

 
have a look into the costs of a part timer mate

say they work 16 hours @ £8ph thats £128 a week

if you can get them doing £30ph thats £480 - 128 = 352

352 - whatever tax, penison etc etc is, no idea but might be worth it

 
You'll have to pay national insurance and holidays, don't forget employers liability too.
