When I worked in London as a delivery driver I used to meet guys like this every day. They would be waiting at the traffic lights and pounce on you when you had to stop. Most didn't understand the words 'no thank you', even if you got the chance to get the words out before they pounced!

Whenever I saw them early enough I would switch on my wipers and washers in a lame attempt to put them off!
