I could not of picked a better day I think I started at 7.00am and finished 1.30pm it was easy enough to clean just have to be carefully and not put to much pressure on the glass as it is very old

Where I live it is all old buildings like this and you just get use to working with such property so you know how long it is going to take and how much to charge .

Question is leaded glass maintained/repaired better in the UK and Europe, Most of what I find here in the states (Dallas, TX) is nowhere near as old (1910's-30's or 40's) as what you have there and most leak like crazy. Even French panes on these houses tend to leak some with traditional tools, some homeowners seem to not maintain there homes exteriors well most times.

Lots of the propertys around my area are 300-400 years old lots of it is original
