Cleaning Out Ibc Tanks

Hi guys going to look at a second hand ibc container 2m. However I have spoken to the bloke this afternoon and he says its been used for food storage (treacle) its been washed out, but What's the best way to get them clean and ready for pure water? Power wash? Detergent? Any help would much be appreciated. Thanks

Pressure wash it, then rinse it out with pure water?

like said above, could use a little detergent on a broom if needed, but have to wash out well,

first time use when full with pure water, the ppm might rise a little as it soaks all the rubbish off the sides, but dont worry thats normal
