Window Maintenance ???

Hi, just wondering if anyone has a contract where they have to constantly maintenance the internal windows or a large comercial building ?? or even the external also? i know that a school by me were keen on the idea of having someone to constantly maintain the windows after school hours .. its got me thinking ...

would you charge as an hourly rate? im thinking do 2-3 hours on an evening and charge an hourly rate ?

ideally hell turn around and say yhyh come 5 days a week but i cant see that happening lol
