Pricing in North West

Morning fellas

Got some great info on here the last few days, so thanks for that.

I live in Lancashire and without wanting to be nosey as to what people earn, what would you consider an average/reasonable charge for say a terrace, semi, conservatory etc.

Reason I ask is that my dad is going to loan me some of his round to start me off, but his prices seem ridiculously low?

In Accrington I charge on average £4 a terrace £5 a semi which I think is reasonable for fortnightly customers most terraces 2 front windows 4 back

I could not work with those prices. I now have a minimum charge £6. My Ave house price is 7.80. Terrace house 6.50 is my lowest price. I try to give a good service cleaning doors and frames traditional. I earn on average £15 hour. I think that is what you should consider how much you want to earn per hour and adjust your prices accordingly
