Took me a little bit to figure out how to use it properly but wow its the best invention ever lol
I thought you just set it then used + and - to adjust the speed, but on my car if i have it set at say 70, then blip it upto 80 and either let off the gas to let it go back to 70 or press + and it holds it at the new speed.
Then touch the brake or press cancel and as it slows press - to hold it at the new slower speed. It is nearly like having auto pilot. Love it
